Chief Operating Officer (COO) (m/f/d)
Your Mission
This is not a traditional COO role. This is a company-building role. You will become the operational counterpart to the founder and CEO, taking responsibility for turning a fast-growing business into a scalable organization. While the CEO focuses on strategy, partnerships, fundraising, ecosystem development, and market expansion, you will ensure that Exolink executes, delivers, and scales. You will build structures, teams, processes, and operational excellence while helping define the future direction of the company.
What You Will Own
Scale the Business • Build scalable operational processes • Improve customer onboarding and delivery • Establish company-wide KPIs and reporting • Create structures that support international growth
Customer Success & Delivery • Ensure successful customer deployments • Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities • Manage operational priorities and escalations • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
Commercial Operations • Improve forecasting and business planning • Increase visibility across revenue, delivery, and pipeline • Support contract execution and commercial governance • Help scale the Exolink marketplace ecosystem
Team & Leadership • Recruit exceptional people • Build a high-performance culture • Create accountability and alignment • Help shape the future leadership team
Product & Execution • Translate opportunities into execution • Align engineering, product, and commercial teams • Drive operational excellence across the company
Who You Are
• Entrepreneurial by nature • Strong executor with a hands-on mentality • Comfortable operating in ambiguity • Able to build structure from scratch • Equally comfortable discussing strategy and solving operational problems • Experience in SaaS, software platforms, marketplaces, energy, mobility, infrastructure, or related industries is highly beneficial • Fluent in English
Most importantly: You enjoy building companies, not just managing them.

Within your first 12–18 months:
• Exolink has significantly increased its operational scalability. • Customer onboarding and delivery have become repeatable and predictable. • Internal processes are measurable and transparent. • Team performance and accountability have improved. • Exolink is positioned for the next stage of international growth.
