Your Mission
As Product & Ecosystem Lead, you will turn fragmented EV charging ecosystems into scalable platform business models. You will build and expand the Exolink ecosystem of Charge Point Operators, EMS providers and application partners — and help define how EV charging ecosystems should work in the future.
What You Will Do
• Build and expand the Exolink ecosystem of CPOs, EMS providers and application partners
• Define reusable platform use cases instead of one-off customer projects
• Shape marketplace and partner strategy
• Design commercial models and scalable rollout concepts
• Work closely with customers to understand operational pain points
• Translate market needs into reusable product capabilities
• Support strategic sales discussions and POCs
• Help define how EV charging ecosystems should work in the future
What We're Looking For
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in SaaS, energy, mobility or platform businesses
• Ability to connect technical and commercial thinking
• Structured but pragmatic execution style
